"Toothpaste ran out in one night"

"Don’t stay here. I made a reservation for the wrong month and tried to correct my error after only 2 hours and was not allowed to move the date nor get a refund. They charged me twice. Curtains torn, room old, no elevator to second floor reception. Anara hotel in terminal 3 is much better. I checked out early and went to FM 7. "

"We loved staying at the Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport hotel. The airport shuttle pickup was very convenient. The breakfast was absolutely delishious! All of the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. "

"I was given a room that I could hear the traffic, so had problem trying to get to sleep. In the early morning (around 3 to 4 am), I was woken up by loud prayers. Had trouble getting back to bed. Went to Front Desk & request for a change to a quiet room, as I had to stay 4 nights. The staff managed to get me a quiet room. So no problem from the 2nd night onwards. Cynthia, the Manager gave me one free breakfast. Chef Juana & other staff in the Breakfast Room were so nice. They explained the local cuisine & tea, and I enjoyed my breakfast there. "

"The hotel is well maintained, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, and the bed was great. Breakfast was pleasant—the overall breakfast crew were very attentive and accommodating, and the addition of the egg station was a great touch. I did miss having regular bacon with my eggs, and the fruit seemed a little old on the day I had it. The only downside for me was the location—it’s a bit far from where I needed to go, although it’s conveniently next to a shopping mall. That said, Pondok Indah Mall is still my top go-to mall in Jakarta. Overall, it was a great stay, just slightly too far for my preference."

"All good except we can hear the announcements at the airport and guests coming in and out of their rooms. The sound proof of rooms can be improved. Excellent staff!!"

"The room is big and very modern, our room is facing the view of city very beautiful during the night, the staff is very helpful. Just love this hotel, the mall is next door and underground of the mall is all long and big food court and restaurant big park and whe can walk up all the way to enjoy the view at night, love to stay here again."
