"When I arrived, I was informed that an additional $100 deposit was required for incidentals or potential damages. This was never disclosed to me by either Hotels.com or the hotel prior to my arrival. I initially expressed concern, as I had not been made aware of this charge in advance. Although I was told it would only be a temporary hold, the funds were immediately withdrawn from my account rather than simply being authorized 😒"

"Everything was perfect especially the breakfast my kids loved it they said why can’t all the other hotels we been too taste like this lol we are from San Antonio but just wanted a stay for the pool & being downtown we definitely be back"
