"Everything was fantastic! Alex Vega made sure our stay was super comfortable and kept up the refreshments while my wife and I were poolside. Alondra and Moises made sure our dinner service went smoothly and took excellent care of us. My wife is local to Aguadilla and we had such a beautiful time here <3 room was fairly priced, kept clean and refreshed by cleaning staff, the free breakfast is limited but good, however, you can order hot breakfast food (eggs, bacon, pancake, toast, etc.) if you’re not feeling like having avena (oatmeal) or farina (cream of wheat). The pool was fun, even if it got a bit crowded at times, it was super lively and nobody bothered our belongings while we were out. The live music was fun and engaging. Now I know there are kid friendly activities here, however, the resort isn’t centered around children, so don’t expect to keep your kid too entertained here aside from the pool. This place is more for adults and couples who can appreciate a nice view, cheap drinks, good food, and positive atmosphere. It’s also not wheelchair accessible and no elevators on-site. Please save your expectations and complaints for somewhere else and just do your research before booking just to complain. Literally every negative review I’ve seen here are from clearly entitled people who set expectations for a Hilton or some other big chain resort. As an American who came from a humble background, and a wife who’s local to Aguadilla, so if you respect the culture, you’re okay!"

"Good experience! Easy to find with a quick, efficient check-in. The location is perfect for walking to the plaza, shops, and restaurants. Comfortable room, good internet, and a comfy bed. Highly recommended for the convenience!"
