"Quick access to the parker strip. Amazing people. Made me feel like i was at home. Super clean. The owner looks out for you and very reponsive. They helped me out with a couple good fishing spots. I brought all my stuff like i was camping. Wish i could have used the boat that was in the back. This is an amazing place to stay."

"It was an amazing trip, and the house was fun to stay in. The only "negative " was how stict the parking enforcement is. I know there is a sign posted stating the parking rules, so the liability is on us, but to get a parking ticket for having the tire on the white line sucks. Nothing to do with house or the service, just shocking. Also, it seems that when the outside shower that is located next to the master bedroom is ran, the water must leak through the walls which causes the kitchen to flood."

"We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. Highly recommend this property. The view was amazing as well, and we all had such a great time"

"One negative, we were told to take our garbage. But the trash can was half full. So we ended up removing previous tenants garbage. "
