It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday.

I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level.

À notre arrivé le 12 juin 2026 à 13h la personne qui est à l’accueil un grand zéro. Aucun sourire, pas accueillante, très fermé, pas du tout faite pour l’accueil. Les personnes du soir très bien rien à dire. Petit déjeuner très médiocre pour ne pas dire nul. (À nous de faire notre jus d’orange en plus pas très hygiénique car nous devions mettre notre doigt et nos mains sur l’appareil pour faire couler le jus) pain chocolat et croissant du 13/07 vraiment immonde. Petit déjeuner non qualitatifs. Chambre nul, pommeau de douche cassé, frigo avec 2 bouteilles d’eau… Juste je mets un 10/10 pour la qualité du gel douche que j’ai adoré. Je ne reviendrai plus car ce n’est plus le tsilaosa que j’ai connu à l’époque.

Séjour très agréable

Hôtel charmant situé en plein centre-ville. Les chambres sont confortables. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Il y a un parking ce qui est un vrai plus vu la configuration de la ville. Les restaurants sont nombreux autour si on ne souhaite pas prendre ses repas à l’hôtel. Une adresse à recommander.
