"I received no service at the hostel. After gaining entry there was a keycard with my name attached, but no details as to which room or bed to use. I walked room to room until one opened with the card. The contact phone number left on reception was incorrect so it was not possible to contact people. "Das Hotel war grundsätzlich ziemlich sauber und hat meiner Meinung nach wenig bis kaum Mängel, jedoch war der „Parkplatz“ nichts weiteres als eine Wiese, mit Baumstümpfen und kleinen Hügeln hier und dort. Leider ist uns so ein Baumstumpf nicht aufgefallen (war mit Gras bedeckt) und wir sind da mit unserem Auto drübergefahren und diesen mit dem Autoboden berührt. "The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). "We had a great time at the Villa, which is absolutely amazing. We were a small group with a child and two dogs and we felt very welcome.
