"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The sink in my room was clogged, and even after I requested maintenance, no one was ever sent to fix it. The AC didn’t work, the beds were uncomfortable, and the carpet was torn. The shower water temperature kept fluctuating up and down.
The strangest moment was on my checkout day: someone entered the room immediately after knocking—barely one second later—just to tell me that checkout was at 11 AM, not 12 PM like most hotels. The receptionist never mentioned the checkout time at check‑in, so I reasonably assumed it was noon.
Overall, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is definitely not a 4‑star hotel."
