"Perfect for a week visit to Ouray, Ridgway and Telluride. We were very comfortable and the location near town and walking distance to a few places was great. We had everything we needed. Our main reason for the visit was the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. We were about 45 minutes to Telluride with a beautiful drive. Thanks for the very clean and relaxing accommodations and we'll hopefully see you again some time!Dana and Gwen"

"Jim was excellent at communicating directions and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area after living in Lake City for so long. Restaurants were within walking distance, and the house was in the middle of town so very convenient. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Lake City. Also dog friendly was a big plus for us as we travel with our dogs so much. "

"Excellent stay! Very remote, peaceful, and beautiful. Large very nice rooms feels like you're staying with family. The hostess Sky is very nice and very helpful. Restaurant on location also. Local Hotspot they have bingo and little concerts and karaoke but are all wrapped up and quiet at 9pm. Highly recommend"
