The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was in a good location for our needs. However, the cable TV system was out of service for the hotel during our stay. The hotel did not notify us or have any signs about the issue.

This hotel is in a great, safe location with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was great. The only issue I experienced was that the breakfast wasn't very good. However, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service
The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park without fear of being towed. A property like this should have enough parking to accommodate the guests.

The moment the doors opened we knew it would be great! The smell of fresh textiles and a clean lobby was welcoming. This hotel is newly opened late in 2024, so everything is still crisp. Our room was clean, welcoming and fresh. The bathroom was excellent including beauty and great water pressure and lighting. Halls were kept clean and it was a calm quiet stay. We noticed many rooms available on multiple floors to accommodate deaf/hoh guests. The pool was clean and welcoming also. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was well displayed and with plenty available even close to the end of our window. I would stay again!!!

The hotel was immaculately cleaned, we stayed up late in the lobby playing cards and saw the staff cleaning, they did a great job. The breakfast was good for hotel breakfasts, the workers were busy the entire time restocking and helping guests. The hotel is close to several restaurants that you can walk too, and they were good as well and close to kroger, meijer and target. A great place to stay!
