The VRBO app caused a small mixup with the property being blocked off, but the landlord was super chill about it! A great place to stay, with plenty of space and near all of the Cincinnati sights!

Clean Apartment In Charming Location

The apartment was well-cleaned and in good shape, and it was situated in a cool neighborhood in Wyoming. Darrick was communicative and thorough regarding everything I needed to know about the property. Would stay again next time I am in the area.

My son and I stayed for the week while he was attending a day camp. The location was great and the space was perfect for what we needed. We did find dirty towels on the floor of one of the closets that must have been missed during cleaning. We were very hot at night with the only air conditioning in the kitchen, but once he delivered a fan it was much better. I also needed a plunger once and had to go to a different unit to get one. Overall, we were happy with our stay though.

Hidden gem and greatest value!

Without writing a novel; I highly recommend this place to my grandmother, mother, and everyone I care about! Owner, Darrick, is a great communicator, and really went over the top for us when we had issues with our travels! We’ll definitely be staying here again! Our top concerns were perfectly paired: Safe, clean, comfortable, free and close parking, and affordable!

Graduation

Stayed at the property back-to-back weekends for graduation. Very convenient to family. The unit was nice and clean although would suggest a grab bar in the shower. Will definitely stay again.

Quaint neighborhood

My stay was pleasant. I stayed there alone, as a woman, and felt company at ease and safe. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. Close enough to Cincinnati, but far enough out to relax away from city. Parking is always a concern of mine and parking wasn't an issue here, I parked in the street and there was ample spaces available.

Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property - My reservation was confirmed for a Friday-Sunday weekend in May. When I arrived on Friday I tried contacting Darrick 4 times via the number provided along with text messages with no response. I was forced to book a $300 hotel nearby (double the price of rental) The next morning Darrick called me saying he had never seen any of my calls (even though this was the same number I had called). He noted he would issue me a full refund, but after reaching out to him directly 3 times and reaching out to VRBO (where he told them he would issue a refund) I still am without any refund AND had to pay double the price of the booking for a last minute hotel. He has not responded to multiple text messages. I would NOT stay here. I would NOT book with Darrick unless you want to have the same experience as I did. (I would leave pictures of time stamped call log but out of respect to Darrick’s personal cell I did not.)

Stayed here while on a business trip. The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. The neighborhood is so nice as well. Great if you walk/run any. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!
