Experience half of this three story duplex, centrally located along the Ohio River with views of the Cincinnati skyline. Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room space, and a large deck with a gas grill. You will have 2 off street parking spots and plenty of street parking.

It's 1 minute to I-71/75 and <15 min to CVG airport. Quick access to Reds, Bengals, Cincinnati Zoo, Mainstrasse, Creation Museum, The Ark, TQL Stadium, Ovation Concert Venue.
