- Please do not touch or use/set the alarm for the house. If the alarm goes off, please call the host as we will need to meet to disarm the house. Should alarm go off, there will be a $250 fine.

- Only registered guest are allowed in the property at any give them. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed to take place at the property. $500 fine will be assessed without question should this rule be broken.

- If you plan on bringing a pet into the house, please be sure to add them to the reservation. Unauthorized pets will be subject to an additional $100 dollar fine plus any damage that may occur.

- No SMOKING OR VAPING in the house. $250 Fine
