Absolutely fantastic experience - the customer service was some.of the best, and we travel extensively. In Cincinnati, I've stayed at the Cincinnatian, 21c, and the Hyatt. For location you can't beat the Westin across from Fountain Square. Note the building is shared with other businesses (including restaurants) that are part of the lower level. Around the corner is the best breakfast in Cincinnati, "Sleepy Bee" which is a short walk around the corner. This is the place to stay in Cincinnati - there is no doubt the right choice.

Great stay for the cost! Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of Fountain Square just below. Just a note that the parking garage is not owned by the hotel. It’s publicly owned space and just located underneath the hotel building. But the rate listed on the hotel site is if you leave your car overnight and is correct.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Well staffed got everyone checked in quickly even with a long line. Room clean, bedding comfortable, great view, great price. Location fantastic, walked to Heritage Arena and walked to local bars and restaurants, didn't need a car or bus. Parking garage only $21 self park for one night. I'll be back!
