"Patrizia and Nicolette were very accommodating and gracious hosts. I felt very much at home and they were there to give me anything I needed. I needed some tickets printed up and Patrizia was nice enough to let me use her computer and login to my gmail account so I could print out what i needed using her printer. My room was always cleaned when I returned from being out all day, and Patrizia was nice enough to explain to me how to use the light rail, bus, and metro to get around. I left early...

"Honestly this price is very over hyped in the reviews. It is basically a hostel and it is not worth it. Overall it was okay but the bathroom was not clean. The shower had a dirty towel as well as black mold in it. There was a cup on the sink that also had gross things in it. The bed was thankfully clean but there was a lot of dust under the bed and around. I would not recommend unless you’re comfortable sleeping in something like this. "

"Location Appia Nuova they need to add pedestrian to connect Apia Antica by via Pignatelli. Excellent on-site dining— on the terrace try the pasta arrabiata. Pool and tennis I found walkable at the Appia Rome sports Center 10 Euro. Across the street excellent restaurant Laguna Blu seafood. Wonderful desk staff— Blacks show up from US with the usual no random ‘as gov’ theft and terror pretending to be random ‘black families’ on the end of the US. "Loved the quieter location with less crowds. Only downfall was they only accept cash, not credit cards. Having to find cash for the amount of the room was inconvenient. "

"Mariah was a good host. She welcomed us and guided us with all possible routes and late running transport. Room was clean and spacious. WiFi has a good network. Toilet and shower room was small but this can be compromised for few nights stay. Metro was 3 minutes walk away. Breakfast was only pastries, any hot options would be better. Overall best value for money. "

"Booked a triple room for 3 nights. The extra cot came with no duvet. No room service and no kettle or water bottles provided. One of the staff advised the water from toilet tap is drinkable. Had to pay for bottles on first night, refilled from tap from day 2. Got charged €67 for city tax. Positives: nice and helpful staff Buffet breakfast and good dinner service availabl4 at extra cost. Receptionist offered to store luggage after check out. Daily housekeeping. "
