"Poor experience given the price paid which was $30 per night for a dormitory. The breakfast buffet is minimal and dissolved quickly by people who literally thrust it into their bags without any oversight, and from thereon it isn't replenished correctly for all the other guests.The guy responsible for making the breakfast was super rude too. The entire place isn't effectively cleaned either which is sadly the reason why I have to give 1 star. Even with the few negatives expressed, I was itching...

"Hostel muito bom, quarto com apenas 5 pessoas, amplos espaços de convivência, ótima cozinha e banheiros, flexibilidade nos horarios, bons colchões e travesseiro. Ar condicionado novo que poderia ser usado o dia todo, raro no Rio.
Deixa a desejar em não ter tomada nas camas, apenas uma em meu quarto. Não ter locker, apenas armário que servem duas pessoas. Beliche frágil que balança. Não tem micro-ondas e bebedouro, precisam corrigir isso no anúncio. Fica numa parte da lapa um pouco mais...

"Minha estadia no Rio Vibes Hostel foi simplesmente incrível! O ambiente é acolhedor, a equipe super simpática e sempre disposta a ajudar. Um dos pontos altos foi, sem dúvida, o café da manhã: simples, mas preparado com muito carinho e sabor. Pães fresquinhos, frutas, café delicioso e aquele clima de casa que faz toda a diferença. É o tipo de lugar que te faz sentir bem desde o primeiro dia. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo para quem busca conforto, boa energia e uma ótima localização!"

"Quite central and convenient.
Kitchen area not great and the room was very noisy because it’s a lively area.
Showers were very clean.
Good for a night because of location but I wouldn’t pick this place for my full Rio stay "

"This was a great first stop in Brazil! There is nothing like starting your journey out in prayer and greatfulness on top of their private mountain with sugarloaf Christ the Redemeer and the other side of the city all within a turn. There are many reading nooks across the property to calm down after all your adventures. The entire was clean and the sheets even had a faint smell of bleach meaning you know you are in a good place. Even the matresses were clean. They have frozen meals for purchase...
