"My fiance and I stayed at this location for 4.5 days while we toured areas to move to. The facilities were clean and inviting, the kitchen had most everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We appreciate the easy check in process and location to all. My only suggestion is to fix the handle on the storm door as it was very difficult to open and seemed to be coming loose. Otherwise, I highly recommend this for those coming to the area. "

"Perfect home away from home for a long weekend catching up with our NC State freshman. We are from out of state and didn’t know what to expect - Perky Pineapple was exactly what we needed! Comfortable, clean, thoughtfully appointed, safe neighborhood for morning strolls, easy to work remotely and take video calls at the desk or on the patio during weekdays, convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and getting to campus and to the football game. Hall bathroom with walk in shower was our preferred choice, loved having a kitchen to bake, grill on patio, and a full size washer/dryer for the “laundry fairy” to help our college kid. Will return!
