"The room was filthy! The pictures online do not match what we experienced. The toilet paper roll holder was broken, the seating in the room was stained, the shower was disgusting. We didn’t want to shower or brush our teeth. Our door to our room was broken. It was overall not a great experience."

"When we arrived, there were people in the parking lot smoking weed. We went inside the hotel and there was no one at the front desk. We checked in via a video screen. I guess this was supposed to be a better check in experience but it wasn’t. The billboard sign in front of the hotel said the rooms were newly renovated. Absolutely not true. The room we checked into was not renovated. There were no towel racks in the room to hang our towels and the entire hotel and our room reeked of weed! There were people hanging outside around the hotel and it felt very unsafe. I will not be staying at this hotel again. There needs to be someone patrolling the parking lot or something. It’s not very welcoming to other guests when there are people outside smoking weed! Thank you."

"The breakfast time was 6am-9am . If you are on vacation and have traveled you may sleep A little longer . I paid almost $300 and the bed was very lumpy I got up sore the room had a very strong smell of sage or something with a very strong odor that wasn’t very pleasant"

"Room key didn't work the first time I tried it so had to get it remade. On the way down the elevator door got stuck for 3 minutes (i timed it) and would not shut. Woke up in the morning to shower and found a roach by the TV and another in the bathroom. Will not be staying here again."

"Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond acknowledging our complaints. Never heard from anyone even when promised. Located in nice area. Coffee always available in lobby but not in the room. Room had only a half roll of paper towels. Asked for more but they said they were out."

"Everything was clean and nice. House was set up to accommodate my dogs comfortably with a large fenced in yard. Host answered questions fast and friendly. Close to great restaurants and stores! Would stay again!!"
