"We loved this beautiful, well-equipped and centrally located apartment in Ancona. Rafael was a great host and replied to any questions we had very quickly. Ancona is lovely and this apartment was close to many interesting places to visit with the beach just a short bus ride, or walk down a shaded avenue, away."

"We had a lovely stay at Casa San Martino, celebrating ferragosto using the wood burning stove, and enjoying the grassy space and refreshing pool with beautiful views. Our children loved it, and so did we. About a 30 minute drive from Senigallia so we also enjoyed a day at the sea. We hope to return again! Grazie!"

"Initially we were disappointed by the property, which is very simple and basic, especially the way it is furnished - a pity really as the main room is large and would be transformed with a couple of decent sofas. But the bathroom and kitchen are modern and good quality, and it was adequately equipped for cooking, and the washing machine was useful.
