There’s no restaurant on site, you have to pay €90 to make sure a private chef cooks for you that day which is inconvenient. There is also no elevator on the property. The spa service was mediocre "

"We cannot rate the Alkamuri Posh Hotel and Spa in Alcamo highly enough. We initially booked into the hotel so we could be close to our friend who had a medical emergency while vacationing with us from the U.K. Our friend was discharged from a hospital even though she basically couldn’t walk and had no other choice but to join us in our hotel room. She stayed with us for six days until she was taken by medivac back home to the U.K. Through it all, the hotel was kind, generous and understanding...
