"The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel."

We had a fantastic 4 days at the hotel, there outside space was fantastic in the evenings with a couple of glasses of wine"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful, spacious, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One small suggestion for improvement would be the coffee from the breakfast machine, as we didn't find it very good. Offering better-quality coffee would make an already excellent breakfast even better. Overall, we had a...
