In the historic centre of Cipressa, a semi-detached house on several floors, close to all the village amenities. There is free public parking under the house. A beautiful roof terrace allows you to enjoy fine weather and dine outside in tranquillity with a magnificent view of the coast and the sea . You can take advantage of the free public parking spaces under the house. Cipressa is a small village on the first hill a few minutes drive from the sea, ideal for those who like a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. You will find two restaurants and pizzerias, bars, a minimarket, newsagent and tobacconist, and a pharmacy and hairdresser. The nearest beaches are only 3 km away. An excellent starting point for mountain bike tours and nature walks overlooking the sea. On the coast, the wonderful cycle path connecting Imperia to Sanremo awaits you.
Completely renovated historic house on several floors with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor there is a bright living room with a veranda overlooking the sea and a small sitting room. The house is completed by a beautiful terrace fully equipped for enjoying fine weather and dining al fresco with a wonderful view of the sea and the village. Guests are provided with all household linen. Animals are welcome.
