"Great value for money. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Comfy bed and pillow, really strong wi-fi and good shower. Great location in the centre of montecatini. Not a huge amount to do there but a good base for trips to Lucca, Florence and Pistoia by train. Hotel is 5 minutes from the station. Can’t complain for the price but the room was a bit old in parts. Overall, very happy with our triple room which was very spacious. "

"Beautiful resort with old world charm. Lovely and helpful staff. Nice pool. Amazing views. Very relaxing stay at the of long European holiday. Just be mindful that they do cater to weddings and large groups so at some times the hotel can be bustling with these groups . "

"The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Bathroom is awesome and has everything you need. You have breakfast included and it is amazing. Bus station is right behind the hotel and you can go anywhere from there. The staff are very kind."

"Beautiful large and clean room with comfortable beds. The grounds and the pool area are very good- large and well maintained pool with lots of shade spaces. Nature is amazing and people can walk around to get exercise. The breakfast is first class. The staff are pleasant and professional. The only cons are that buildings are run down (exterior) and no hair conditioner or body lotion. The bar and restaurant were closed unfortunately, so no dining options within walking distance."
