"Really lovely, clean, comfy room, super friendly and helpful hosts, beautiful location and delicious food. The only things that let it down were the very frustrating AI answerphone machine, that kept putting me through to the restaurant no matter what I said, and there was no one there to answer; and the fact the the WiFi didn’t reach to my room, so I had no signal at all. Other than that, it was fabulous!"
"Had a comfortable stay here. Everything was clean and the hotel is in a great location. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the staff at check-in were very helpful. We especially liked that we had interconnecting rooms, which was perfect for our family."
"We had a fantastic stay, the room was lovely and staff very helpful. The breakfast was delicious!
The lift was broken which wasn’t ideal as we have a newborn baby. There was also some street noise. Apart from this I couldn’t fault our stay!"
"We loved our stay! I was apprehensive following some reviews but we couldn’t fault any aspect of our stay. We were so looked after and we had the loveliest time."
"We were shocked as we pulled up to the property that we were actually staying in such a perfect cottage in the cotswolds. It was a dream. The location was the best ever, a short walk to Arlington Row and the church. And halfway there, there was a local pub where we could relax and have a pint. Parking was an added bonus at the property. The property was amazing and the cottage was perfect for our family of three with more than enough room."
"I had a good but short stay here. Arriving was a bit confusing as I had missed the email with the arrival details. There was no one on site to let me into the property, give instructions on parking, and other details, even though I arrived within the check-in window. I was able to call and talk with someone who gave me instructions over the phone, but after a long travel day, I would have preferred someone on site.
Breakfast was nice and the location is convenient for walking into town and exploring the many shops in Cirencester."
