"Great location if you want to be near the train station. Staff was friendly. We stayed in tower annex, was safe and easy access. Room was very clean but tight. Bathroom was very small and tight. Street noise from local restaurants and cafes was loud at night. Overall our stay was very good. I would recommend the hotel"

"The hotel is conveniently located for visiting Lake Maggiore and Como with a rental car. The train station is a short walk away for a day trip into Milan without the hassle of driving there. There is very limited parking at the hotel itself. There is a parking lot about a five minute walk away. Not an issue for me but it could pose a problem for those with mobility issues. There is an elevator in the hotel. Breakfast was very fine with a wide assortment of choices for all tastes. My only problem...
