It is a nice house but it is just too warm in August
House is reasonable well equipped Clean - good wifi - good airco and u need it - !! washing machine - kitchen very small - no oven - couch in living room just outdated and broken - nice garden - comfortable seating outside - beds are so so - house is close to everything- os a good holiday location- but not in August it was 35-38 degrees and just too damn warm - swimming in sea was the only thing we did . If we could find a parking space … Albenga is a nice old city with many bars and restaurants … Recommendation yes - value- compared to France too high price for value . Owner Paolo is very friendly and very kind .. The house is surrounded by nature and offers a lot of privacy.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage
Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in der Villa von Paolo. Das Haus liegt als letztes in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Links vom Haus liegt ein sehr schöner ebenerdiger Garten mit Liegen und allen was man so zum Entspannen benötigt. Rechts vom Haus und dahinter liegt eine Olivenplantage welche viele Etagen über den Hang nach unten geht. Die Aussicht und Lage des Hauses haben wir als sehr schön empfunden. Im Haus ist alles was wir benötigt haben vorhanden. Paolo ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht so das man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hat. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Extrêmement satisfait de notre séjour
Maison grande et fonctionnelle avec extérieurs fort agréables et bien aménagés (garage également pour ranger les vélos). Emplacement calme avec vue dégagée. Nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner une autre fois. Le propriétaire est en plus très accueillant et sympathique.

Das Haus ist eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Oliven, Wein und Zitronen. Einen tollen Blick in die Berge hat man aus dem Garten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine runde Sache.

Schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung
Renoviertes gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit schönem Garten. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, die Übergabe war fast schon ein humorvolles Gespräch unter Freunden. Im Garten durften wir täglich Feigen und Trauben ernten. Der gemauerte Grill vor dem Haus wurde fast täglich befeuert, trockenes Holz war ausreichend vorhanden. Bei unserer Abreise würden wir mit der selben Herzlichkeit verabschiedet.
