The outside of the hotel reception area was beautiful, however bathrooms are tiny and filthy. Staff were wonderful. When we were asked if we want lunch we(I) assumed we had a choice with meals, either lunch or breakfast. Considering I booked with Hotel Flowers a room for three adults that included breakfast. I was disappointed that was not the case. I had to pay for breakfast and lunch. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

The staff was genuinely courteous and helpful. This was my first time in the area... I really liked that the hotel was within walking distance to Cross Mountain. Apparition hill was a longer distance walk, but Cross Mountain was my favorite. St. James Church also within walking distance. Great stay!

No room when we arrived

I booked this place to stay. When we arrived they did not have a room for us. No one at the front desk just a lady who works in the kitchen. They sent us to another hotel/ pension and they told us that it was the same. We ended up sleeping in that pension and the family who runs that business were excellent!!! Nino the owner a very nice person, wife, Ninos parents, sister and all of them treat as family. I saw hotel flowers it is very nice but I cannot say more because I did not stay at this hotel due to no rooms ( we booked the room a month before our trip )I will recommend the pension Bojic you can google it, so clean peaceful and the family so friendly and they are there to help you if it is needed. Hotel flowers does not have a person available to talk to or ask questions … Pension Bojic in the other hand, family are always there. Nino the owner is wonderful I will be back to this pension.

Als wir in die Unterkunft ankamen hat man uns mitgeteilt das keine Buchung vorhanden sei und das alles bereits besetzt ist, ausserdem wisse man nicht wie wir ein Zimmer über ebookers reservieren konnten da sie gar nicht mit ebookers zusammenarbeiten würden. Es war sehr ärgerlich nach einer langen Reise standen wir ohne Unterkunft da.

Muy agradable. La situación del hotel muy buena a la hora de moverte por Medjugorje. Además, en mi caso, al llegar el primer día me equivoqué de calle y al ser ya de noche me despisté aún más. La chica de una de las tiendas llamó al dueño del hotel y él mismo fue a recogerme. Gracias.

Una pesadilla

No fue grata la estadia, llegamos a las 6 de la tarde y la habitacion no estaba. La limpieza terrible cuando nos entregaron la habitacion el piso esaba sucio, el dia siguiente no nos arreglaron la habitacion, y los siguientes dias solo tendieron pero mal la camas, no hay durante el dia recepcion, total, no hay nadie a quien preguntar o solicitar algo.

Terrible una pesadilla

Al llegar a las 6 de la tarde no estaba lista la habitacion, el aseo terrible, el dia domingo no tendieron camas , ni asearon la habitacion , los siguientes dia, 4 noche que nos hospedamos no cambiaron sabanas. No hay en todo el dia una persona para preguntar algo, no hay recepcion. No se lo recomindo a nadie
