"The property itself is nice, the tiny home sits in the back yard of a ranch/farm, so everything is quiet.The tiny home is a little quirky - the bathroom floor is weird and unstable, and one of the ladders is a bit of a pain to use. The property is clean and tastefully decorated, with overall nice amenities.We were VERY disappointed to learn that the hot tub - the biggest deciding factor for us choosing this listing - was "out of commission". "This host was absolutely fantastic and the cottage was perfect. We arrived late and let them know that, and they left the outside lights on for us. The place is brand spanking new and the host is so kind to provide little extras. We didn’t stop for supper on the way and was able to have some snacks and drinks so we did not have to go to bed hungry. Had also forgotten a couple toiletries and there was something there for us to use. There is even some first aid supplies that I was grateful for...
