"This was a great place to stay. We had an issue when we first got to the house. The AC unit was not working. We called and got an immediate response. They fixed it the very next morning. Being able to communicate with someone is very very important. I was very happy. This place was really nice."

"Overall it was very nice and we enjoyed it. However there are a few things that should be addressed.The dishwasher was broken, no ice or filtered water from fridge. The fridge door was hard to open because the fridge was too tight in the space. Could not close 1st bedroom door on the left; the mattress stuck out. Back bathroom sink would not drain. And lastly the front door pad quit working. I believe the battery died."

"Clean, spacious, comfortable and minimalist home just off the beaten path in Semmes (a sprawly rural/suburban area). Kitchen is very well appointed, plenty of towels, comfy furniture and mattresses. Surprised to only find 2 spare rolls of TP for a 4 bedroom home. Could use a couple of club chairs in the LR, not everyone wants to cozy up on a couch. Very quiet and private, small pool perfect for a quick dip. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. Host responsive and flexible. Would recommend...

"Our family was in Lucedale for my father’s funeral. This home is lovely, clean, and owners are very hospitable. It’s large enough for large group to visit with 2 sitting areas and a lovely outside for kids to run and play. We enjoyed our stay and it felt like home. "

"Our company used this house for a work crew out of Texas. House was fine with no complaints. Location was fine relative to our job site downtown. I would suggest that the site itself use "all in pricing" for rates when listing properties as all the fees add up. I would use them again. Also, this form would not let me use "other" for who stayed. When I clicked on it, the response area was grayed out and I was unable to type."

"This was a great little getaway, The cost per night was fair for what you get.The lake and fishing was great. although be prepared for the road to cabin and boat ramp need some attention it wouldn’t hurt to cut back overgrown bushes and maintain the road and mowing the grass down to the lake area. The cabin is sufficient, The hot water is hot and the air conditioner is cold beds just OKAY. although it would have been nice if spiderwebs were knocked down and hanging lights need to be replaced....
