Very nice home. There were some dishes that were not clean from the previous guests. And the floors needed to be swept. But other than that, everything else was very clean. We found it odd and unsafe that the back door to the garage has a sign to not lock it. If that is not locked, then anyone can enter at any time. The pool was our favorite

Post- holiday stay with brother and his wife to visit other family who live nearby. The house was great with all the ammenties and lots of room for relaxation and dining together inside or outside on the beautiful screened in patio around a nice pool. Property close to Rainbow River where we spent the afternoon on a rented pontoon boat and other days walked the pretty walking paths near the river. The house is very well appointed & comfortable.

We had to push our reservation back a week due to hurricane season, but everyone was very accommodating and kept in touch as the process went forward. The house was beautiful and located in a quiet setting. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils/pots/pans, which I really appreciate since we eat in. The pool was lovely and has a very pleasant outdoor sitting area, and Rainbow Springs was a fun, close-by place for a picnic lunch. Chris is a wonderful host. Though not intrusive, he is responsive when contacted, and when our truck broke down as we were preparing to leave, he went above and beyond, offering tools, assistance and recommendations. His help made all the difference in that difficult situation.

This home was lovely! It truly felt like home away from home. The hosts have stocked this home so well making the overall experience cozy and comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home and pool were perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked (we are “foodies”) and enjoy cooking even on vacay. The screened pool was wonderful backed by a woodsy setting and enjoyed coffee on the pool deck listening to birds, (saw some turkeys and a few other critters). We had a great time tubing on Rainbow River which was close

My family and I loved this place. Had my 8 yr old granddon with us. And was nice cause they had like board games amd stuff. A huge variety of dishes, pans utensils and a variety of things. Everything you need it was there. Very clean place. And beautiful.

We recently stayed at this location. It was perfect for our needs (visiting family nearby) and we absolutely loved the house. It has everything you could need- in the kitchen and pretty much everywhere else. The outdoor living space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. The bed- in the master- was comfortable and serene. The host answered my questions very quickly prior to our check in. It was such a great experience and we highly recommend this house for your next trip to the area.

I visited with my grown children over Christmas. I was concerned about cooking Christmas dinner and an unknown kitchen, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was. We do a lot of vacation rentals, and I’ve never stayed in a home that had as many utensils, quality cook and bakeware, and supplies as this one. it truly took much of the hassle out of preparing meals. The house is lovely and just as described. The weather was cold, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, other than to sit on the spacious porch overlooking it, and listen to the peaceful fountain. The house was incredibly clean . It was handy having a spacious garage with garage door opener. The small neighborhood was beautiful. Perfect for walks with the dogs. The property manager was very responsive, and we had no problems during our stay. I highly recommend this lovely home.

The property was perfect for what we wanted to do: explore various springs in the area. The pool was wonderful. It was clean and had ample space around it for people to eat and relax. Plus, there were plenty of towels. The neighborhood is quiet, and accessing the house was easy, as well as the checkout process. The house itself is great for families. We liked the way it was set up and decorated. We did not cook, so we are unsure how well-appointed the kitchen is if you are determined to cook meals. Overall, our experience was great.

Overall this is a great property for a family vacation. The house was spacious and we appreciated having a bathroom in the main bedroom away from our kids (ages 10 and 13.) There is plenty of room to spread out inside and outside of the house. Check-in was incredibly easy and the owners were easy to communicate with, we were even able to check-in early. We had family in the area so that was the big draw for us, we did not do anything on the river and aside from that there is not much to do in the area. Pros: - pool was great, including the pool deck which had plenty of comfortable seating. We spent hours in and around the pool, including using the grill for dinner one evening. - we appreciated having a washer/dryer to keep the pool towels going since we used the pool so much: ) - the house was well stocked with everything we needed, and more: shampoo, body wash, spices for cooking, paper plates and cups and plenty of board games. Towels were plentiful! - I was super appreciative to have the garage to park the car in because of the black wasps keeping guard over the front walkway. Ekkk. Cons: 1) the house is pet friendly and the couch was covered in pet hair. There was also cobwebs on the lights above the dining room table and kitchen table. This seemed strange because it would be easily reachable + cleanable by the cleaning crew. 2) The spiders. We killed several big brown spiders everyday inside the house, that mostly came out of hiding at night.

The house was very nice with unexpected details such as the outside lighting, several games and wonderful coffee! The only thing needing to be critiqued is the rear bedroom bed was harder than usual. Also, the creamer on the counter should be checked as one was spoiled. All in all, the house added to our holiday enjoyment. Thank you!

We stayed for a week and from the house we visited, paddled, tubed and went swimming at all of these springs: Rainbow Springs, Ginnie Springs (which is actually 7 or 8 different springs along the SantaFe River), Manatee Springs, Fanning Springs, Seven Sisters Springs, Devil's Den Spring (this one is by appointment only), Gilchrist Blue Springs. And we also went ziplining at The Canyons. This house is in great shape, clean, the pool is great, and the location is awesome to see everything in the area!!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The pool was perfect for our rest day, the kitchen was very well-stocked, and having a washer/dryer made packing light easy. A perfect location to explore Rainbow Springs, the Withlacoochee, and a short drive to Crystal River to swim and paddle to Three Sister Springs. Can't recommend this VRBO enough!

Listing misleading about location and water access. The home itself was great. Supplied with everything you may want. The home was well cared and clean. Beds were good. Neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk around. Have a pie at the Front Porch right up the road.
