For shared use: property 2'000 m2, large garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 18.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (extra). 900 m long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Belle propriété mais attention : - grosse descente en voiture sur un chemin carrossable mais pas en super bon état avant d'arriver à la maison - propriété partagée et certaines parties de la maison mal insonorisées
