"Absolutely amazing experience staying in this historic property. The staff were attentive had an issue with the bar regarding drinks but this was effectively resolved in a courteous manner. "Staff are very attentive and pleasant. Room are slightly tight and the doors are a little difficult to lock. We had a plugged sink that drained very slowly. Air conditioner worked, but temperature did not match the setting. Overall fine. The location is so close to the castle entrance. Great location and ambiance. Parking is convenient. "

"We arrived very early and they gladly let us check in. Property is at the base of the castle and a very short walk. The staff was wonderful and very helpfull. The landscaping/gardens are beautiful. This is a great property and you won’t be disappointed "

"The apartment was spacious. 1 bedroom, and sofa bed in living/kitchen area. Very clean and great air-conditioning. Kitchen/cooking area was basic but adequate for a short stay. Reception was welcoming and spacious. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was any bother. Breakfast was self service with good choices of cheese, bread and pastries. Parking was reasonable at 10 euros per night in a secure under building car park. The hotel was very close to the "old city" and the city centre. Both within easy walking distance. "
