"The rooms were nice but construction outside room wasn’t great and woke us up in the morning…"

"Room was clean but kitchen coffee maker was dirty so we did not used it. The black knife was dirty did not used and the sheets smell like they were not washed before . I would not stay again instead I will pay more for a 4 star or 5 star hotel "

"Our house was amazing! The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had questions! Pool/hot tub great and the beds were very comfortable! We even saw a dolphin swimming in the water directly behind our house! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Kristin was a fabulous host; so accessible if needed and she also checked in frequently (though we had ZERO problems!). The house was impeccably clean and exactly as advertised. She had it stocked with everything you could possibly need. Do not hesitate to book this lovely home. "

"We spent a month in this home. It was clean and the kitchen had most everything we needed. Any issues we had, we contacted Al and he was very responsive.The home needs a new recycling bin since the one there doesn’t have a lid and the city wouldn't pick it up.The beach umbrellas are in pretty rough shape and need to be replaced. We did enjoy the convenience of the wagon and beach chairs. Besides some plumbing issues in the masterbath, which Al is addressing, we were quite happy with the home. We would stay in this rental again."
