"Restaurant food and on premises food was average at best, there are plenty of better food options at complex directly across the street. Very light on the guest concierge services and found that the incidental charges (parking fee , resort fee) ballooned an already over valued hotel bill. But we liked the beach access and services and the location was excellent. The pool was nice and they have nightly entertainment. "

"Thank you for beach umbrella, beach towels, personal toiletries, and laundry room, helped us alot. Having a kitchen is a big plus for a family with teenagers. We were comfortable and happy. We found it peace and quiet there. There room is nice and clean, especially bed linens. Overall, we had a very great stay and will come back in a future."

"The pool was under construction and we were given an umbrella and beach chairs. But it was a long walk in the sand carrying a heavy beach chair. My husband and I are in our 70’s. It was hard for us. We secured the umbrella and it blew away and we were scolded by a woman on the beach. :(. The bathroom floor was dirty. But we called and they promptly cleaned it! The garage parking is a long walk. "

"This property is well worth the stay. Only issue we had was untimely housekeeping with cleaning our room. They should consider an adult only pool area as well. Otherwise highly recommend."

"We stayed in the guest suite for 2 weeks, It was nice.Close walking distance to the local museum, library, Mackle Community Park with a nifty walking atea around the lake. We took the available bikes to the beach and made the limited fridge and cooking areas work for us. Jeanette and Bill were responsive when we had questions or concerns. Marco Island is BEAUTIFUL! "

"Our house was amazing! The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had questions! Pool/hot tub great and the beds were very comfortable! We even saw a dolphin swimming in the water directly behind our house! We would definitely stay here again!"
