Restaurant used to be much better, now feels like corporate hospital cafeteria. The staff were all very courteous and welcoming. The gym needs more equipment. There is no hot water, just barely warm water. The wifi is open and then you constantly get advertising to buy a VPN Location is very good and safe

El hotel cumple, el personal es muy atento. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. En general, una estancia necesaria, pero agradable. Sólo dos grandes inconvenientes: La unidad de Aire Acondicionado, demasiado ruidosa y el tiempo de preparación de los alimentos del restaurante podría ser un poquito más rápida. No es mejor de la cadena, sin embargo, es una apuesta segura en ciudad del Carmen
