"Firstly, the staff were lovely - gave me the really quiet room that I’d requested and was very much appreciated! The location cannot be more central &, though an old traditional building, it has been well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. "The accommodations were great! Nice and quiet. Close to Ávila for sightseeing and then back to hotel for relaxation. There is a pool and golf nearby. Great for a week or weekend getaway! Would recommend highly!! "

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Ávila. Comfy bed and the room had great A/C which was needed in the heat.
The staff we met were all very nice and friendly.
Breakfast was good for setting us up for the day.
We parked in a car park just outside the city walls about a five minute walk from the hotel.
Would recommend if staying in Ávila."

"We loved the villa! Very spacious, clean and quiet. Nice touches like a bottle of wine and some milk to welcome us. Location was good near to Las Navas Del Marques which has plenty of shops and half an hour from places like Avila and El Escorial. We also visited Segovia, Salamanca and Toledo. The villa is in a private residential area. So it’s quiet and very safe. Very good instructions provided about the villa and local area. Would highly recommend! "
"Perfect location, central but quiet and helpful service. Great room 222 overlooking cathedral. Walkable to anywhere, shops, restaurants and bars. Great bathroom and bed, aircon not too strong, needed at 34C!! "
"My stay here was calm and peaceful. I particularly loved the bilingual staff, they were super helpful and very friendly. They helped me get a cab to the airport. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was lovely.
No unnecessary hidden charges. Big plus for me.
My one recommendation would be to have fliers or cards for tour companies. I was given a map of the area indicating places I could visit but if they added pamphlets or business cards for tour companies, I think this would just be a plus.
