The staff was very friendly and bilingual! They offered free beach towels, changed our towels everyday and cleaned the pools very fast even after a thunderstorm. I loved the smart tv and beds in the room were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony view! I felt safe and I had so much fun at this resort.

The beach is beautiful and very large , could use a bit more cleaning by staff ,inside the property itself , walkways , common areas definitely need more cleaning. Restaurants were top notch quality of food . Overall the place exceeded my expectations

The hotel is too old and outdated. Our shower barely had a flow of water, so it took longer to take showers. We were only able to use the hot water knob, and the water was only half warm. We had to keep the bathroom door open because it was hot in the bathroom when you turned on the light. No blow dryer. We had a kitchenette but No coffee maker. Big closet but no iron. The star rating it has is not true. Staff was not friendly and we were not given options to upgrade or asked if our stay was ok at check out. We didn't even know the hotel had a new addition right at the beach. The nightly rate is overpriced! The rating should be a 2 star and that's exaggerating. I will never stay there again.

El hotel ofrece una experiencia llena de lujos, destacando sus 3 albercas y su ubicación ideal a pie de playa. Además, es muy conveniente porque hay un Oxxo justo a un costado del hotel. El personal en general es muy amable y atento, el estacionamiento es amplio y cómodo, y las habitaciones sobresalen por la comodidad e impecable limpieza de sus sábanas. Como comentario adicional positivo, después de las 6:00 pm pudimos disfrutar de la alberca trasera llevando nuestras propias bebidas de forma discreta y sin inconvenientes.El único punto negativo fue en el restaurante: los alimentos tardaron mucho en llegar y el mesero nos cargó el 15% de propina en la cuenta sin preguntar, lo cual no nos pareció correcto. A pesar de ese detalle con el servicio de comida, es un excelente lugar para hospedarse y lo recomiendo.
