Hotel is centrally located and walkable to the main square. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and clean toilets. The hotel car park is a huge plus as it avoids the drop-baggage-then-find-public-carpark process.

A perfectly acceptable business hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing we did not like was the bed, which was way too hard and which slid out from the wall if you sat leaning against the headboard.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on an 18 day trip to Spain. Very well located, walking distance to casco viejo old town, the theatre, impecable room, tasty breakfast buffet, good parking garage and over all an incredible friendly and efficient staff. Unfortunately there are no Nh hotels in the US except for NYC but while in Europe use this chain, particularly the one in Ciudad Real.

El servicio del hotel excelente, estuve por trabajo y muy comodo a la hora de trabajar y la situacion, en el centro. Lo único que no me gusto fue la limpieza, el baño no estaba limpio.

Hotel molto vicino al centro, dotato di un conveniente parcheggio. Bagno di dimensioni opportune, sebbene la vasca/doccia sia piuttosto stretta e un poco datata come concetto di confort. Buona colazione a buffet con prezzo accessibile. Le note negative sono tutte per la camera: oggettivamente molto piccola e poco confortevole per due persone decisamente non a livello di un quattro stelle di oggi.

Llegamos a las 15:10 y no estaba la habitacion preparada, el personal fue muy borde nos cambio a otra habitación que tampoco estaba pero dijo que tardarian menos, nos entregaron la habitacion a las 15:35. Tengo fobia a dormir con los armarios abiertos y para mi sorpresa, el armario solo dispone de una puerta y el otro lado se queda abierto. Siempre que viajamos vamos a NH pero en este caso no nos gusto. Llegamos tarde a nuestros planes por estar esperando la habitacion.

La propiedad esta en buenas condiciones, pero lo unico es que el cuerto no tiene control de la temperatura y ya la habian cambiado a calefaccion en Octubre. La unica solucion era abrir la ventana y entonces el ruido de la calle no te dejaba dormir. El desayuno era bueno al igual que el servicio.
