"Staff is rude. They are not respectful in how they talk to any clients nor how they treat clients. We are treated like we are an annoyance or inconvenience to them.
This place has really gone downhill over the past 2 years.
There was no hot water even though they advertised hot water. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the guy just shrugged his shoulders at me.
We are no longer able to bring in ANY food or drinks. The kids wanted pizza but they told us we couldn't bring it in ... but...
