This is a duplex flat of 57 m2 recently refurbished with capacity for 4 people. Independent accommodation with a private outdoor area, ideal for enjoying a well-deserved and quiet holiday.

The property offers guests beautiful sea views from its balcony. This accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, garden, 2 open terraces, 1 covered terrace area, barbecue and an outdoor shower on the ground floor.
