The flat is spread over two levels: the main floor, where the living area is located, and an upper floor with a private terrace overlooking the sea. Recently refurbished, it offers a comfortable and well-designed space.

Access is via the ground-floor terrace, which leads directly into the living-dining room. This space features a three-seater sofa, a 43-inch television with access to streaming platforms, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a dining area with a table and chairs.

The kitchen is integrated into the same space; it is open-plan and equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, Italian coffee machine and blender, as well as all the kitchenware needed for a comfortable stay.

The living room leads to the sleeping area, which is divided into two sections. On one side are two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds, with a bathroom with shower situated between them. On the other side is the master suite, also with a 160 cm double bed, a bathroom with shower and direct access to the outside, leading to the ground-floor terrace and the communal garden.

All bedrooms have a wardrobe and a ceiling fan, and the two bedrooms with double beds also have air conditioning.

On the upper floor, accessible via external stairs, there is a chill-out terrace, equipped with benches and offering views of the sea and the communal area.

The property also features a built-in barbecue outside and is part of a communal complex with a shared swimming pool and garden. It also has a laundry area with a washing machine, clothes line and iron.

Free parking is available in the surrounding area.

SERVICES

- The flat has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- It has air conditioning with heating and cooling in the living room and in the bedrooms with double beds. There are also ceiling fans in all rooms.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend requesting these in advance to ensure availability.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

- Before your arrival, and once you have completed the registration process and paid the fee, we will send you all the information you need to access the flat, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or require any advice, we will be on hand and delighted to assist you via our customer service team.

- A security deposit of 300 € will be charged one day before arrival, via credit card. Once the accommodation has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded via the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- The exterior of the flat is fitted with motion sensors as a security measure in the outdoor areas.

- The accommodation provides a complimentary welcome pack containing basic cleaning products for kitchenware, toilet paper and bin bags upon arrival. Food items are not included, nor are they replenished during your stay, as these items are intended solely to cover your immediate needs.

- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.

HOW TO GET AROUND

The choice between travelling by public transport or private vehicle in Menorca depends on several factors, including your personal preferences, the level of flexibility you require and the activities you plan to enjoy during your stay.

We generally recommend having your own vehicle, as it allows you to experience the island in a more comfortable and flexible way, while also giving you access to more remote locations. However, we understand that this is a personal choice.
