"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was down to the brilliant staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
A special mention must go to the doorman, particularly the smaller gentleman, who was always so pleasant and helpful. His warm welcome and friendly manner really stood out and made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived.
The bellboy (tall young man)was equally fantastic — professional, courteous, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The reception guy was also excellent, handling everything with a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome when we booked in.
I would also like to praise the housekeeping team. They did a wonderful job .
