"It IS downtown so you do hear ppl partying non stop but it becomes background noise and can be easily ignored. The wifi connection was a little rocky which made schoolwork difficult at times but they did try to fix it. Also, I did the paid monthly parking next door in the public lot. My car got broken into twice in that lot despite the cameras and security. So park in the gated area maybe. But the laundry room was convenient and card paid. "I was unable to contact the host I was on hold with customer support for over 3 hours while being stuck outside in the heat. I was barely able to hear the customer service agents. "
