Loved this quaint hotel. Close to the port and very walkable. There are no elevators so be sure you can carry your bags. Its very nice and clean. We walked to the port in the morning and caught the free shuttle to the ship. I would stay again.

Really great spot if you are catching a cruise in Civitavecchia. This is a beautiful old building converted to a hotel. Perfect location, cafes next door. Our room was so reasonable, quite large and clean with everything we needed. Lovely people working there who carried our luggage up the stairs for us. No elevator.

When we arrived Stefano and this wonderful lady got our bags and wouldn't let us assist in carrying up our luggage. The bldg was very safe and had 2 separate locked entrances where u were secure with the people who were booked at the hotel. Right near everything. You can walk to the port, but for a fee Stefano will get u a cab. The room was cozy and quaint, clean and I loved the open shutter windows where you can look outside. First time in Italy and his hospitality sealed the deal before our cruise. Would recommend.

The location is nice. The staff helps you to get a ride - 10 euros to the port. Breakfast is ok. The area is nice and walkable especially at night. Lots of option to dine within the area. Stefano recommended a few and we tried it. Great food. My only con is no elevator so bring you luggage ip the stairs.

Great 👍 B and B one night for the boat to Orbia Sardegna. Great town to visit and we found it quick and the help of a cafe guy called for us and in 5 min they were there to let us in . Highly recommend. Clean room and sufficient. ❤️🇮🇹❤️

The rooms are clean and have a mix of modern and art vibes to it. The AC in the room is AMAZING!!! The bed is so comfortable and the shower pressure feels so good. It is like a massage. We wish we could've stayed here longer to be honest because of the hotel and area. Civi is a great city 👏 the vibes here are so amazing. The man who owns this hotel is so kind and very professional. He also helped set up a transfer for us to get to our cruise ship! This is the place to stay :)

Loved it, although we only stayed one night. Short walk from the train station. Equally short walk to bus shuttle that takes you to the port gates for FREE! And there you can take another free shuttle to your cruise ship. The place is clean, air conditioned and comfortable. The guys are polite and very accommodating.

This is an amazing place to stay in Civitavecchia. Very close to the port and restaurants and shopping. The building is an amazing old palace with a beautiful interior. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very attentive, even greeting us at the door and arranging and guiding us to a transfer to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice stay near the port! The folks who run it are friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a lovely little breakfast on the balcony of a neighboring building where they have another B&B. They also helped arrange for a van shuttle to bring us to our cruise ship in the morning for a reasonable fee. The building is charming and antique. It's a bit sticky and musty because the AC doesn't seem to run all the time, but we got it down to a nice cool temperature when we adjusted the unit in our room. Some of the rooms have lovely balconies.

OK for a next-day cruise departure. Clean and quiet, well-located for restaurants and even the beach. Staff is not there at all hours, and an early arrival resulted in waiting in a hot hallway. There are no elevators, so your luggage has to go up a marble staircase. Breakfast, which was a bit minimal, is in the building next door. Staff was helpful getting a taxi to the ship.

I loved the pillows, they are some of the best pillows ever. Honestly the property is in an excellent location, near the harbor for those of you going on or returning from cruises, and the manager was very helpful with everything from check in to getting me a ride to the cruise port. Just a note, the entry for the property doesn't stand out from the other entrances on the building, but the manager is helpful, and the locals will show you right where to go - very helpful and good experience overall.
