"The room was in quite poor condition. There was only lukewarm water, the heating was noisy, the tv didn’t work, the lights over the bed flashed and the toilet seat was loose. It was a very stylish hotel but it just needs some maintenance. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable "

"We felt so fortunate to find this place after our initial booking in Tuscany did not work out. We booked last minute and showed up 30 minutes later, and Angela and Alessandro were so kind and gracious to get us settled. They didn't know that they could receive last minute bookings. The property is unbelievable! The views and amenities were amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was so lovely to experience such a gorgeous villa in Tuscany while also being taken care of so well by the hosts. If we ever return to Tuscany, we have no choice but to stay here! "Our stay at Villa Frassineta from start to finish was incredible! Our hosts Michelle and Daniela were amazing - always quick to respond to any questions, very helpful and accommodating. The villa is absolutely stunning! It is a quintessential, charming Tuscan villa with all the modern amenities and beautifully decorated. The grounds and outdoor space were breathtaking, We were four couples and the size of the was great for gathering as well as allowing for personal space when needed. Each couple had their own bedroom and ensuite, with bedrooms and bathrooms to spare. The kitchen was perfect and well equipped. Michelle arranged for a private chef one night which was delicious and such a treat.The location was very central and convenient for day trips to gorgeous nearby towns and cities. I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at Villa Frassineta!! We all truly enjoyed our time spent there and will cherish the memories!Grazie mille Michelle e Daniela!!"

"Was using this hotel as a stopover while driving to Sorrento from the UK. The hotel was immaculate and extremely modern and in great condition. It was very convenient for our stopover as right next to the motorway. They person on reception while we were there was extremely helpful. On the night we stayed the hotel restaurant wasn't open but he recommended another local restaurant which he booked for us, and his recommendation was spot on."
