The Podere Porcino is a true oasis of peace, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woods, it is located in the Municipality of Civitella d'Agliano VT, in a romantic hilly landscape, between Orvieto and Lake Bolsena, in the Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio triangle and is managed by Maria Malleier from Alto Adige, a movement therapy and psychomotor teacher and Gianni Abbate, a Neapolitan, author, actor and director
CASA ERIKA
The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The outer space is enriched by a huge secular almond tree, under whose shade one can pleasantly eat or rest, while the gaze slides gently along the valley with its gullies.
Home desire
On the first floor of the farmhouse, consisting of bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The apartment has been renovated respecting the original building materials, handmade tiles and tiles and chestnut beams. Bright and well furnished, it enjoys an excellent view of the hills. It has a covered terrace for eating and green spaces.
LOFT STUDIO
For three persons
It is a loft of about 60 m². with large windows overlooking the green, kitchen-island and bathroom with shower. Outside several plants: a cherry tree, a caco, myrtle bushes and cypresses. In addition there is a large sail under whose shade you can taste the typical products of the area.

WORTHY OF MORE STARS!!! Podere Porcino is a truly world class experience...one not to be missed!

We immensely enjoyed five nights in Casa Erika at Podere Porcino, a romantic, enchanting, and private enclave overlooking a spectacular view of the Umbrian countryside. Actually, we could live at Casa Erika! Maria and Gianni made our experience truly unforgettable...we were treated like dear family who came to visit. Their loving kindness touched our hearts and we made what will be a lifelong personal connection with them. Casa Erika is well equipped for cooking, provides a very comfortable bed, and a powerful shower. The setting was peaceful, beautiful, meditative, and good medicine for the soul. The location is great for excursions to Parco di Monstri, Civita di Bagnoregio, Valle dei Calanchi, Orvieto, and much more. Can't wait to return!!! Thank you Maria and Gianni!!!

Ein paradiesischer Ort mit Weitblick

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit fantastischem Blick über das Tibertal. Die Wirtin war sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Der Ort hat viel Ruhe und ist reizvoll durch die bizarren schluchtenartigen Bodenformationen in der Nähe. Man ist weitab, kommt aber auch schnell zum Baden an den Bolsener See und zum Aperitif nach Lubriano. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schön!

Casa Erika-a peaceful haven

We couldn't believe our good fortune to find such a wonderful and cozy apartment to spend a week in the Orvieto area. Our hosts Maria and Gianni and their son Tommaso were most pleasant and helpful. The peace and quiet, the views and the sense of place were just what we had hoped for. Maria let us use their personal gas grill to cook with for an evening of kabobs and grilled asparagus which we ended up eating with our hosts who supplied wine, cheeses, breads and great conversation. We would gladly return again and if they were to show up here in our country we would hope they will stop by. The place is a rural treasure.

Traumhaft ruhig und wunderschön

Ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich der schönen Landschaft, den netten Menschen und dem gutem Essen und Trinken hinzugeben. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und gemütlich mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich im Freien aufzuhalten, wenn man sich mal von den Aktivitäten erholen möchte. Maria und Gianni sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die ein natürliches Gefühl dafür haben, ob man seine Ruhe oder sich unterhalten möchte. Maria kann für die unterschiedlichsten Interessen Tipps geben -Wandern, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Kultur, Essen gehen - sie hat immer Ideen. Ausserdem kocht sie fantastisch. Für uns war dieser Urlaub einer der erholsamstem und gleichzeitig inspirierendsten seit langer Zeit.

Es ist der beste Ort, um in wunderschönen Umgebung Landschaft genießen -mit Blick über den Tibertal, morgens den Sonnenaufgang...... italienische Küche genießen -Maria kocht fantastisch Kunst genießen --Orvieto in der Nähe und vieles mehr Kultur genießen- Gianni und Maria vermitteln beste Darbietungen und andere Events in der Gegend Unterbringung genießen- geschmackvoll eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung Gastfreundschsaft genießen- Maria uns Gianni sind wunderbare hilfbereite Gastgeber. Stille genießen- fernab jeder Stadthektik und dennoch nicht in der Wüste..... Bewegung genießen- Gymnastikstunde mit Maria für Körper und Seele Wir fühlten uns wohl!

Natur pur und Gastfreundschaft

Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage in Podere Porcino. Das Studio und der wunderschöne Garten sowie Marias herzliche, aber diskrete Gastfreundschaft war wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben die absolute Ruhe genossen, aber auch viele schöne Dinge besichtigt. Orvieto, Civita und der herrliche Bolsenasee sind in etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Einkaufen muß man ein bißchen vorausplanen,da der nächste Laden nicht gerade um die Ecke ist, aber das geht auch. Wer Natur mit Vögeln, Schafen, Gockel-Weckruf , Hund und Katzen liebt, so wie wir, ist hier wirklich gut aufgehoben. Ein schöner Urlaubsplatz, etwas versteckt, aber gut mit Hinweisschildern, die den Weg dorthin weisen, bestückt - das geht leichter als mit dem Google Routenplaner! Wir behalten Euch in guter Erinnerung und wünschen Euch, liebe Maria und Gianni, alles gute und viele nette Gäste!

Landurlaub im "Casa Erika"

"Casa Erika" ist eine von drei Ferienwohnungen auf dem Podere Porcino von Maria und Gianni. Die beiden haben sich hier auf einem sehr schönen Grundstück ein traditionelles italienisches Bauernhaus auf- und ausgebaut. Die Ferienwohnung "Casa Erika" besteht aus einem großen Raum mit offener Küche, Schlafraum und Duschbad. Man kann hier prima kochen, zum Essen draußen auf der Terasse sitzen und den tollen Ausblick genießen. Das haben wir auch ausgiebig getan. Die Umgebung ist absolut ländlich ruhig, einzig hörbar sind hier im Sommer die Zikaden und die leisen Glöckchen der kleinen Schafherde vom Nachbarn. Auch weil es sehr warm war (Hochsommer in Italien und wir wollten eigentlich wandern ;-), haben wir unsere zwei Wochen hier eigentlich "nur" mit Lesen, Kochen, Essen und Sightseeing verbracht ... selten hatten wir einen so ruhigen Urlaub ;-)

Un angolo di paradiso

....da dove godersi un panorama splendido, lontano dai rumori cittadini, ma vicino a citta e attrazioni turistiche in caso se ne senta la necessitá. La casa era pulita e ben accessoriata. Maria, Gianni e Tommaso sono padroni di casa perfetti. Buon cibo genuino, tranquilitá e coccole, tutto quello che serve per una vacanza relax. Se lo consiglio? Di sicuro!!!! :-D

Podere Porcino bei Orvieto, Casa Erica

14 Tage Podere Porcino (und leider schon vorbei!) zwischen Bolsena-See und Orvieto im 3-Laendereck Latium - Toskana - Umbrien. Wunderbar gelegen im Terrassengarten am Hang ueber dem Tiber-Tal mit einem 20-km-Blick auf die umbrischen Berge oestlich des Tiber. Im schoenen ehemaligen Bauernhaus wohnen die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Maria und Gianni. Die beiden stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen haben separate Zugaenge, genug Platz und draussen Terrasse, Balkon und Wiesen zur Verfuegung. Manchmal sind fuer einige Tage weitere Gaeste im grossen separaten Studio mit Yoga- und Tanzkursen beschaeftigt. Maria spricht (als Suedtirolerin) perfekt deutsch, Gianni betreibt im Nachbarort ein kleines Theater,...wir trafen auf eine anregende und herzliche Atmosphaere. Die Umgebung bietet landschaftlich und kulturell viel mehr als erwartet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Podere Porcino ci mancherai!

Immerso nel verde, circondato da un panorama accogliente, il Podere Porcino è stato la nostra casa per un veloce weekend nella Tuscia. Un fine settimana indimenticabile, per lo straordinario calore che abbiamo trovato nei proprietari che ci hanno accolto, offrendoci un'ospitalità impeccabile. L'appartamento è molto confortevole, la colazione dolce nella cucina grande del podere. Un punto di approdo utile per scoprire le bellezze della natura e dell'arte di questa antica regione. Ci torneremo presto.

Wirklich traurig ist...

dass man nich bleiben kann! Wir waren zu dritt, mit unserem 16monatigen Sohn, der naturgemäß neugierig und lebhaft ist. Wir wurden gleich sehr freundlich empfangen, allen voran natürlich Lola, eine nette und lustige Hündin. Maria empfing uns sehr herzlich und präsentierte uns unsere Bleibe, Casa Erika. Eine schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, von Küche bis Bad und sogar eine Terrasse die am Abend zur Weinverkostung einlädt. Maria ist ein Multitalent in Sachen Gastgeberin, immer freundlich, ein wandelnder Veranstaltungskalender und eine Spitzenköchin. Wir haben von Casa Erika aus unsere Tagesausflüge geplant. Hier war sehr hilfreich, dass es eine W-Lan Verbindung gab. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Plateau mit Blick in die schöne Landschaft der Etrusker. Wir hatten das Glück, dass unser Sohn ein Frühaufsteher ist und wir somit die schönen Sonneaufgänge, beim Frühstück genießen konnten ;-). Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und sehen uns immer wieder die Fotos an. Wir können Marias Reich guten Gewissens empfehlen. Viel Spaß.

Unter dem Mandelbaum relaxen

Zeitig im Frühling trafen wir im Haus Erica ein.Der gemütliche Wohnraum mit Küche und die herrliche Aussicht haben uns verzaubert. Der alte Mandelbaum vor dem Haus zeigte erste Blüten und wir wanderten über die Hügel. Maria lud uns zur " Festa del Purgatorio" ein, ein Riesengelage mit traditionellen Essen, das seit dem Mittelalter in dieser Form abgehalten wird und über 1000 Gäste zählt.Ein Ausflug nach Orvieto und ein Besuch des etruskischen Museums führte uns auf weiteren Spuren dieses verschwundenen Volkes der Etrusker, das in dieser Landschaft viele Zeugnisse seiner Kultur hinterlassen hat.Wir fühlten uns bei Maria gut betreut und versorgt mit Tipps. Das Haus Erica war gepflegt und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und werden es unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Ein Platz zum verweilen

Die wunderschöne kleine Oase mitten im Grünen auf einem Hügel in der Nähe von Orvieto welche von einer Künstlerfamilie geführt wird, ist das ideale Domizil für einen erholsamen Urlaub abseits vom Trubel. Die Unterkünfte sind im typischen Landesstil hell und freundlich, die Grünflächen mit Bäumen laden zum verweilen und relaxen ein. Wir nutzten unseren Aufenthalt um die vielen kleinen Orte rund um Orvieto zu besuchen wobei uns Maria wertvolle Tipps geben konnte. Die Casa Erika können wir auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen.
