"The rooms were clean, good amenities. The staff was very friendly. Expedia shoild have given us the option to include breakfast. We took the bus and then hauled our luggage up the very long trek to the hotel. We were not informed that the hotel could have picked up the luggage and bring it to our hotel. We used their service when we left."

"What an amazing experience! I travel tons for work and have stayed in various parts of Europe and North America. I am used to first tier and first world amenities. So I was really disappointed when our travel agent booked us a hotel in Ravenna with visible bed bugs. We opted out of that completely and so were looking for a hotel available same day close to Venice but in the countryside. We found it online and booked it same day. What an experience! Just finished staying at the Waldorf and the 4 seasons in Dana Point just a few days ago and this I can say by far rivals both experiences. The tastefully renovated hotel is everything my wife and I were looking for! The food at the restaurant was amazing. If you are looking for a clean first tier modern experience this hotel meets the needs. Highly recommended!"

We ordered room service and enjoyed some of the best pasta we’ve had during our travels. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Even the soaps and lotions were exceptional—they smelled amazing and added a luxurious touch to the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. It’s rare to find a property where every interaction leaves such a positive impression. The breakfast was spectacular, with a fantastic selection and high-quality offerings, and the pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. This hotel gets everything right. "The property was lovely and full of comfort and character. It was perfectly set up for us as a family and had everything we could need. The location was amazing, up on a tranquil hillside with beautiful views to enjoy from the surrounding grounds. It was a great spot to explore the best sites in the region.Andrea was a fantastic host. He was so helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond for us, and he even surprised our kids with easter eggs which made the trip extra special for them! His communication was excellent and we've never had such well thought out and helpful advice on what to do in the area. Andrea's advice gave us some of our best moments of the holiday. We would definitely come back to this property when we're back in the region"
