Cosy cottage, recently renovated, divided into two spaciuos parts, each with private garden of 400 m2. Under conservation act. A large fenced garden surrounds this house and the owners house which lay nearby. Swimming pool with outdoor hot water shower. View of the sunflowers fields, typical of the tuscan landcape. Sunset over the famous Gargonza castle. Private gate. Video entry phone for each apartments. The interiors are well kept, have terracotta and parquet floorings, beamed ceilings, stone archways, bedrooms had ceiling fan. Wrought iron beds. Siena 50 km. Florence 60 km. Rome is approx 2 hours by car. Cosy working farm "Casale il Giglio", renovated in 2004. 5 km from the centre of Monte San Savino, 19 km from the centre of Arezzo, 30 km from the centre of Terme di Rapolano, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 100 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 12.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, table tennis, boccia. Private: garden 400 m2 (fenced). Garden furniture. Casale il Giglio on huippumesta. Äärimmäinen rauha, ihana ympäristö ja isäntäväki on huomaavaisin, mitä on olemassa. Kaikkiin tarpeisiin löytyy ratkaisu tai apu. Asunto on aito ja siellä on kaikki mitä lomailija tarvitsee. Perfetto!

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem sehr schönem, liebevoll gestaltetem und gepflegtem Anwesen. Zum Mietobjekt selbst sage ich nur: Wir waren voll und ganz begeistert. Wenn wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Nähe buchen möchten, dann mit Sicherheit hier. Danke für den erholsamen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit einem zauberhaft eingerichtetem Ferienhaus. Pool war vorhanden, Parkmöglichkeit direkt am umzäunten Grundstück. Eigener Garten mit 400 m2. Lediglich eine regenfeste Überdachung im Terrassenbereich wäre wünschenswert. WLAN könnte im 1.Stock des Ferienhauses besser sein. Sehr nette Vermieter, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, das Haus und der Garten sind ein Traum! Die Gastfamilie war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass täglich viel Liebe und Mühe investiert wird, um das Anwesen so ordentlich und schön zu halten. Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung des Hauses, super bequeme Matratzen und Nackenkissen, die Wertschätzung von Bio-Artikeln, der traumhafte Salzwasserpool aber auch die Tipps der Gastfamilie (bestes Florentiner Steak).

Super huis ,

XXX en zijn ouders heetten ons zeer hartelijk welkom. Het huis is prachtig gelegen in oase van rust . Het is een echt Toscaans huis dat prachtig is gebouwd. De tuin is riant en het zwembad geweldig ! Alles is zeer smaakvol . We hebben echt niets gemist, er was zelfs een kaasschaaf die we niet hebben gebruikt . Een paradijsje ! Wij gaan daar nog heel veel komen. Wat een aardige mensen . Vanuit Ciggiano Arezzo en Siena bezocht. Super. Prijs / kwaliteit is geweldig. Een absolute aanrader.
