"Entrance hall floor is dirty and hall is not well lighted. Msged owner day before that we would arrive at noon and would we be able to checkin. No reply. Msg again early morn of arrival and response was “ yes will meet you at apt”. Arv at 11:50 as of 12:30 no one had come. Called owner and she said checkin 3:00.
