The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment — this wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to bear in mind for guests with mobility considerations. "Very helpful staff ; clean and functional room; spa facility very good - used pool and jacuzzi ( steam rooms out of service) ; restaurant and bar relaxing inside and out ; good selection; of food and rwfreshments ; food was very good . Easy access . Good base for exploring Suffolk Heritage coastline , Framlingham just 10 miles away Marvellous stay . Will be back . Thank you"

"On site parking was a huge bonus although a car park was very close by. Chudleigh is the most charming Guest House with a warm welcome. My room was very spacious, the bed was huge with beautifully laundered bedding & was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was superb & all the little extras in the room were just perfect. Pure quality food & amazing choice at Breakfast. Definitely staying here again!!"

"We had a very last minute booking, but the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The room was good and spacious, located in the annex, it did not have bath, but we were OK with the shower. The food is good, the breakfast was lovely, however continental part has no porridge and no cheese/charcuterie, just corn and other flakes and bread and jam and some small pastries. Beautiful location, building, good and comfy beds and good service"

"Another nice stay at the Kingscliff Hotel. Easy check in - with a very helpful Italian lady - friendly and efficient. Parking at the rear of the hotel (included if you are a guest). Enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant. Good selection of food. Hotel room very nice with a good shower. The only negative for me was I arrived back at the hotel after a night out in Frinton at 10:15 and went to the bar for a gin and tonic as a night cap. I was informed by the barman that they had cashed the tills and I couldn't have a drink despite me being a guest. A bit disappointing."
