Main Living Areas (Ground Floor):

Sitting Room: A large, bright room with a comfortable leather suite, a large open fire, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player.

Conservatory: A delightful, light-filled space accessible from the sitting room, perfect for relaxing with a book while soaking in the beautiful sea views.

Kitchen: A fully equipped, country-style kitchen featuring a Stanley oven, electric hobs, a double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Includes a dining table that seats six.

Dining Room: A separate dining room that also seats six, with sliding doors leading to a patio area overlooking the mountains.

Utility Room: Includes a fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dryer.

Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): A bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobes, large windows with mountain views, and an ensuite shower room.

Master Bedroom 5 (Upstairs): The master suite boasts a king-size bed, a dressing table, a flat-screen TV, and a large ensuite with both a corner bath and a separate electric shower unit.



Upstairs, a large hallway with a chaise lounge provides another quiet space to unwind.
