"Bathroom fixtures falling off wall. Dirty floors. Curtains and shades filthy and hanging by a thread. Phone is useless. Can’t reach anyone. Towels worn out. Water for shower tepid at best. Beware. Bathtub extremely slippery. My sister fell. Got hurt. Sliver of a bath soap. Won’t stay here again. ..."
